Construction of the new annex at KK Kariwa, our emergency shelter for children aged 13-18 years, which houses rescued orphans, street children and victims of child abuse, is almost complete! The new building includes classrooms, an ICT suite, library, kitchen, dining area and staff accommodation, increasing our capacity to house 72 children!
Whilst the construction of the site is fully funded, we are now appealing to friends across the world to help us meet the cost of essential furniture and fittings. This includes bunk beds and mattresses, kitchen equipment and classroom desks and chairs.
