On behalf of the children and young people at Kijana Kwanza in Moshi, Tanzania, we wish our Muslim friends across the world Eid Mubarak.
Our students have been busy since 5am performing the ritual sacrifice of cows and goats and helping to distribute the meat to poor and low-income families of all faiths and denominations.
In total we have provided sufficient meat to serve 16,600 meals, and we will shortly distribute sustainable gifts of 30 flocks of chickens, 6 goat herds and 2 dairy cows.
